Return Policy

All returns are required to have an advance authorization.  In order to receive authorization, all returned product must be in re-saleable condition.  That means it must be unopened and sealed, unless it is defective. 

Natural Organic Source will refund the full purchase price of all authorized returns within 30 days of purchase.

Back Orders
Natural Organic Source has a 97% order fulfillment rate.  We will always try to ship orders in full, however, sometimes product may be unavailable, and a back order will occur.  Our policy is to ship back ordered product within 10 days of the initial order.  In the event that a product is unavailable, and it has not shipped automatically within 10 days of the initial order, the order will be deleted and will need to be reordered.
